We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new service purchases. This guarantee applies to the first 30 days following the activation of any service. During this period, you may request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked. However, this guarantee is limited to new services and does not apply to subsequent renewals or modifications of existing services.

To initiate a refund within the 30-day period, you must submit a formal request through our customer support team, providing your account details and purchase information. Upon approval, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Beyond the initial 30-day guarantee period, we do not provide guaranteed refunds. Prorated refunds may be issued, but only at our sole discretion. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis after the 30-day period has passed, and refunds, if granted, may take the form of account credits rather than direct refunds to the original payment method.

Refunds requested after 30 days will be evaluated based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the specific service purchased, the amount of time remaining on the service, and the circumstances leading to the request. The issuance of account credits allows you to apply the prorated amount to future services. Please note that these decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Certain fees, products and services are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where the service was not delivered or there was an issue we could not resolve. Exclusions include but are not limited to:

  • ICANN Fees: Domain registration fees and related ICANN charges are non-refundable.
  • One-Off Services: This includes support hours, consulting services, and custom-built solutions.
  • Limited Time Products: Products only available for a limited time and outside our normal product/service offerings.
  • TCF Terminated Services: Any service terminated by TCF Ventures LLC with cause, such as a violation of our Terms of Service.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities and disputes, whether legitimate or illegitimate, that involve refund requests. If a refund request is initiated based on fraudulent claims or if any evidence of misuse of services or payment methods is detected, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including account closure and termination of services without notice.

If you initiate a dispute through your payment provider that we deem to be unfounded or malicious, your account may also be subject to closure. All associated services will be terminated, and you will forfeit access to any active or future services under the disputed account. We recommend contacting us directly to resolve any issues before initiating disputes, as this allows for a smoother resolution process.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. However, in some cases, we may opt to issue refunds in the form of account credits, particularly for prorated refunds or where other refund restrictions apply.

Once a refund request has been approved, we will begin the refund process. Please be aware that depending on your payment provider, the refund may take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account. If a refund is issued in the form of account credit, the credit will be applied immediately to your account and may be used for future service purchases.

For security purposes, we may require additional verification or documentation before processing refunds. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in delays or denial of the refund.

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will take effect immediately upon publication. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically for updates.
